Welcome! IMMC has opened its new location at the Mississippi Arts Center at 201 East Pascagoula Street, Jackson, MS. On permanent exhibition are:

The façade of original home of the International Museum of Muslim Cultures is based on the Salon Rico or Rich Hall, presumed to be the main reception hall in the Madînat al-Zahrâ’, the palace of Caliph ’Abd ar-Rahmân III. It was built near Cordoba, Spain, between 953 and 957. The use of archways is an Islamic architectural contribution as is the use of ceramic tile.

GIFT SHOP AND BOOKSTORE
The Gift Shop and Bookstore are open during the same hours as the Museum and contains imported items of interest related to the Timbuktu and Moorish Spain exhibitions.
TOURS
The IMMC offers personalized guided tours for adults and children with two weeks’ advance reservation. Please inquire about multilingual and special needs accommodations. Guided tours are available outside of regular Museum hours. Please contact us at (601-960-0440)
